Do you accept customization?
Yes, we can customize all our products to meet your specific requirements, including bag type, size, thickness, color, material, printing and packaging. To explore the full range of products we offer, please refer to our product catalog. Any product listed in the catalog can be customized to fit your needs, whether it’s a specific bag type or unique specifications.

How can I get a quotation?
To receive a quotation, please provide the full specification details:
Product name: garbage bags/apron/gloves/garment bags/deli sheet/food bag, etc. (if it is a bag,please advise the bag type like Flat bags, T-shirt bags, drawstring bags, star seal bottom bags, etc.)
Size: Length, width, and gusset (if applicable) to ensure the product fits your specific needs perfectly.
Thickness: Film thickness or product weight.
Color: Transparent, black, or custom color.
Material: Virgin material, recycled material, or we can add fillers to balance cost and performance.
Packaging: Flat-packed or roll-packed, with or without paper labels, number of bags per roll, palletized or non-palletized.
Quality Standards: Please specify the quality requirements for the product.
Order Quantity: Total quantity needed.
Trade Terms: FOB, CIF, or other terms.
Destination Port: Your preferred port for delivery.
The more details you provide, the faster and more accurate our quotation will be. If possible, kindly provide samples for the most precise pricing.

What is your policy on samples?
If you need existing samples, they are provided free of charge, and you only need to cover the courier cost. Samples will be sent out within 2 working days. If custom samples are required, we charge $200 per product design, and the sample production time is 7-10 days. However, if you place an order for a 40-foot container, the sample fee will be refunded. We also prefer to receive samples from the customer, replicate them, and send the samples back for quality verification, ensuring the final product meets the same quality.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Typically, our MOQ is 2 tons for export orders. However, for special projects, we are open to discussing specific requirements on a case-by-case basis.

What is your delivery time?
Initial Orders: Approximately 3 weeks after receiving the deposit and confirming samples and packaging details. Repeat Orders: Around 2 weeks under similar conditions.

What are your payment terms?
T/T: 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy.

What factory audits or certifications do you have?
We have BSCI, BRC, GRS, ISO9001, FDA, CE and other relevant certifications to ensure our quality and ethical standards meet international requirements.
